Shipping Policy

We are using  NZ post (prepaid)  to delivery the collection packages and to collect your samples . it is all free of charge in New Zealand. After the order confirmation , your package will be sent from Auckland lab within 2 working days , and Domestic delivery will take 1-2 workings. 

 For AU customers, currently we are using DHL express ( pre paid) sent from AKL lab ( which you will take 4-6 workings ) deliver to your day . We are continuously working on a better and fast solution locally in Australia which we expect to have it ready in March 2023. As result , the delivery time will be shorten to 2 workings.
